The Garject stands above other garlic presses:
- The scraping bar moves over the outside area of the press basket to push the garlic pulp off the press and into your food so no need to scrape the excess garlic with your finger or a spatula. This ensures all of your pressed garlic gets into your meal and not on your fingers.
